Does open tracking stopped ?

I tested on Windows 10 with both outlook mail and gmail.

We are going to need some more detail here. Are you saying that open tracking isn't working? Did it work at any point? What version of the software are you running?

Current latest release v.2.2.2. The original Nylas works tho sometimes it send multiple mails. I just switched to Nylas lives so it doesn't work yet.

There are a few reasons that it might not work. If I recall correctly there may be issues if you are using Gmail with IMAP. There is also an API limit that was imposed by Nylas for free users. Also the technology works by using image URLs so if the recipient has automatic image loading/opening disabled it won't work.

I tested with my Gmail opening automatic image load. Still no chance. Also, the api limit is around 10mails if i'm not wrong. I havn't sent more than 5 mails. Just testing between my mails, especially from outlook to gmail. Oh right i forgot to mention, that I installed both Mailspring and Nylas. Not sure if they have resource conflicts.
