Collapse Joblogs in ErcView

If there are too many joblogs listed in the check tab of ercView the page becomes too full. Therefore, there should be some logic to collapse and expand joblogs. Something similar has already been done in the searchView. See searchView/search.html and searchView/search.controller.js and this filter for some inspiration.
