Documentation - A guide to using LLM prompts to generate definitions

We are currently experimenting with using a standard LLM prompt to assist in generating CL textual definitions:

  • Draft an SOP that outlines how to effectively use the standard LLM prompt, including step-by-step guidance, example outputs, and common challenges.
  • Editors will review the SOP, test the prompt, and share feedback/ suggest improvements as needed.
  • Once finalised and agreed upon by the editors, we will add the guide to textual_definitions_SOP.md.

I would encourage you to engage Noam Rotenberg in my group for this project. Noam is also working with the use of LLMs for cell type identification in a large corpus of open access articles from PubMed Central.
