Add explanatory text to ButtonComponent/setCta docs #171

Please could some explanatory docs be added to the setCta page...

I had to ask, and people are still asking:

Things to consider mentioning:

It is an abbreviation for "Call to Action"
It changes how the button is styled, to make it stand out.
Use it sparingly, to make the button stand out from others nearby....

Support! For consistency, it would be great to update the page for setWarning() in a similar fashion ⚠️

Used to indicate actions which permanently delete user data
Examples include: the Uninstall button for community plugins, and the Clear button in the file recovery plugin settings
