Slug for XML Import

There is a flaw associated with the generation of slug when importing goods from XML.
When manually adding products, the slug is generated in accordance with the language selected
in the admin panel settings.
When importing from xml, the slug is always generated in the same way and a problem arises if the product names contain letters from German, Danish and other alphabets. This applies not only to the import of goods, but also to categories and properties. Please refine this function.
