• Prep slides and what we will have up on screen (make boiler plate so we can reuse)
• Write Slack posts for drop in sessions and schedule
• Confirm room and details
• create screen messaging and share with relevant folk
• Prep tasks with links to code (Link files to tasks for volunteers #1213)
