General risk assessment

Ofcom advises conducting risk assessments as the first initial step to ensure compliance with the eight priorities above. Once the risk assessment has been conducted, it may be necessary to make design changes to the site.

• Determine if Ocado/Code For Life is in scope of the OSA (which I'm aware has already been done).
• Identify the “risk profiles” (and the subsequent risk assessments needed) that apply to the Code For Life.
• Prepare and collate evidence and information needed for the risk assessment (if applicable).
• Conduct risk assessment.
• Following the risk assessment, identify what measures Ocado/ Code For Life needs to put in place based on an assessment.
