OneTrust (OT) is failing to load correctly on the portal-react site.
This causes weird behaviour were OT is reloads every time you revisit the site or manually enter a URL in the search bar.
Because OT keeps reloading, it doesn't remember you're cookie settings.
In addition, OT's loading somehow causes our E2E tests to fail on Cypress.

Also ensure Freshdesk hook & widget work
