Automatically scroll down to active Episode accordion

Task Description

Following the work done in #1544 which automatically opens up the correct accordion in the level selection page depending on which level the user was just on, we need to ensure the page scrolls down to that specific accordion too.

Acceptance Criteria

• Upon exiting a level (or coming back to the level selection page after having played Rapid Router recently), the browser scrolls down to whichever Episode accordion is open.
