ob-operator has supported managing oceanbase cluster across multiple k8s clusters by issue #134 in version 2.3.0. This is an interesting and useful feature that should also be integrated into the dashboard.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add some new pages and panels for managing k8s clusters that are hosted on ob-operator. Demonstration for OBCluster that lies across k8s clusters is important, too.
