Installing jstyper globally and trying to run results in:

$ jstyper --help
module.js:487
    throw err;
    ^

Error: Cannot find module 'typescript'

This is due to typescript being just a devDependencies, whereas it seems to be used at runtime too, so module implicitly expects typescript to be installed globally as well.

It would make sense to move it to regular dependencies so that it would be auto-installed.
