Hi!
If I understand https://github.com/ofek/hatch-vcs/blob/cefc25605b62259e5a954b7f289fc04364ebad8c/hatch_vcs/metadata_hook.py correctly, you can embed the commit_hash into URLs. I'd like to get it added to the _version.py file, though. Is that possible?

Currently, Inklusion isn't supported for the version file
