Introduction

It is useful to be able to give specific instructions on how to build the docker image to the miniogre agent. This enables the user to add more details to the repo and help miniogre to resolve dependencies and Dockerfile more easily.

Create an option --prompt that can be used with miniogre run or miniogre readme.
