Location page functionality are partially broken

Describe the bug

• The new location created inside a sub-location is visible on the root location page
• We are not allowed to delete an existing location
• Description are not displayed in the card

• UI looks scattered, rearrange it properly in the sub-location page
• the view details page of an sub-location is redirected to a 404 numeric written page

• Manage Organisation in the sub-location are not represented properly, as after adding the organization, there is no difference on the card, need to bring a proper representation in the card post linked an organization

• The dropdowns in the edit form are not retaining their existing values and always reset to the default selected option when the form is loaded.

• The "Available" option is missing from the operational status dropdown, and selecting any option in this dropdown does not reflect any changes on the card or add any additional badges.

• there is no provision to add sub-location in the form
