Bugs in resource page

• The print preview page in mobile view is not properly responsive

• the created by and last modified by user id's are missing in the resources details page

• user details are missing in the comment box

• current status and assigned facility is not prefilled in the edit resources page

• The print preview page in mobile view is not properly responsive

This looks like a print preview issue; will solve later as it's not urgent for tonite's release.

* [ ]  the created by and last modified by user id's are missing in the resources details page
* [ ]  user details are missing in the comment box

I think these two are issues associated with the particular use (probably admin/superadmin that doesn't have the details?)
