Create a new cypress test to verify the functionality of the encounter notes

Things to be Covered

• Validate the ability to create multiple threads and add new chats to each thread.
• Ensure that chats within a thread are visible only in that specific thread.
• Confirm that threads and their chats are accessible only within the corresponding patient encounter.
• Log in as a different user and verify that they can view and contribute messages to the same thread.
