Describe the bug
The issue is that the error message does not clearly specify the particular problem during facility cover image uploads

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Facility page'
  2. Click on 'Edit cover photo'
  3. upload morethan 1mb image
  4. See error

Expected behavior
Error messages should clearly specify the exact issue encountered during facility cover image uploads, allowing users to understand and resolve the problem effectively.
