Describe the bug
When searching by phone number in the Organization’s Patient section, the search begins as soon as one digit is entered, returning a “No patient found” result.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to any organisation
Go to Patient tab
Seach using phone number
See error
Expected behavior
User should be able to complete the phone number before initiating the search, similar to other sections.
