Scaling points for PRs based on size of the PR / complexity of the issue #219

Problem

Although the leaderboard tracks the pull requests that are made, it currently does not track how big or small the PR is.

Proposed Solution

Track the number of linked issues to the PR and increase the point by 1 for each linked issue.

@rithviknishad @dgparmar14 just a quick heads up: I'll be pushing the PR for this in the next couple of days. Ran into a few hiccups initially, plus had mid-semester exams this week, so couldn't get to it sooner. Thanks for your patience!

This issue could be rescoped based on extracting information from story points assigned in projects board for the PR or the cross-referenced (linked) issue's story points.
