We need to enhance the functionality by adding an option for users to pick a custom date range, allowing them to select fixed dates (e.g., from 02-Oct-2024 to 20-Oct-2024).

Feature Requirements:

• Add a custom date range picker option to the date filter.
• Ensure the date range can be set to specific start and end dates (e.g., 02-Oct-2024 to 20-Oct-2024).
• Maintain the current fixed options in the filter for user convenience.
