Inside the guide for Installing OpenShift on a single node it references an additional resources Adding worker nodes to single-node OKD clusters; however, that page as of today does not exist.

This referenced link will become important later along, and I am wondering if it exists.

Also, I am unsure of where this "bug" should be posted so if this is the incorrect page can you point me in the right direction?

How did you install OKD ? ABI/AI/iPXE...?
You may find some help here: https://github.com/openshift/installer/blob/master/docs/user/agent/add-node/add-nodes.md
I used the techniques describe there to add nodes to an OKD-SCOS v4.16.x SNO installed with ABI/UPI with success and still have a script to do that
