Regarding add dataset, we should also have optional link for metadata.
Also update frequency should have an option for "once", "never" or something similar to state that information is historical and will not be updated.
I guess we also could add some explanation for some fields (vormingud, interactive) to make sure no one has questions. For instance, “vormingud (faili formaat, näiteks XML)”.

@otuxe , regarding the metadata, what about providing a reference implementation to the description standard developed in the Estonian data governance framework project?
