[oi_ghostwriter] Redesign printing page

The printing page requires major redesign including:

• adding a way to request a blank page ([oi_ghostwriter] Add a way to request blank page #4)
• adding a box to paste code insted of uploading a file ([oi_ghostwriter] Add a box to paste code #3)
• rename the save button (and some minor other features) to help the distinguishment between the printing page and the backup page (some participants may do a backup but they wanted to request a print)
