Reuse content (hazelcast#432)

* Restructure getting started

Write content once and reuse it, using tags

* Remove and redirect pages that included duplicated content

Rename docker file for improved SEO

* Redistribute pages in the overview module

Some of these pages are outdated and others belong elsewhere
