• When calling an action server we should create a response service that is on a random generated topic
• The topic is passed as part of the request
• The response service should be created before making the request
• The response service should not be advertised by the type info service
• The status publisher should not create a type_info service
• The action server request server should not create a type_info service which should instead be created by the action server directly
