Does this represent a change in workflow/strategy or versioning of the Docker image?

No, it ensures that we build the container with the version of an app and not the latest version without knowing
It still does not solve the problem about the versioning when a new release of the app occurs
Figure is certainly the most problematic since it will require a web and server docker change
