do not add ports to the k8s service from inside simulator

This is a child of onosproject/onos-helm-charts#112

Now that the post install script of the helm chart adds the topo devices, it should be adding the ports to the K8s service, rather than us doing it internally here. In fact it might add a k8s service per cell tower, rather than adding ports to the single K8s service
