Feature: Add submission diff endpoint

Require

• Feature: Parse xml diff files into a model ontologies_linked_data#161

Changes

• Add the diff endpoint to each of the submission of an ontology

• Diff need to be linked in the API call from the submission links , otherwise we will never find it ;) => https://data.stageportal.lirmm.fr/ontologies/CLC/latest_submission?display=submission should contain the diff in the links I believe
• Also the call https://data.stageportal.lirmm.fr/ontologies/CLC/latest_submission/diff does not work (would redirect to https://data.stageportal.lirmm.fr/ontologies/CLC/submissions/2/diff in this case). Note this is also not working for metrics. If changed need to be changed for both.
