Think of a way to resolve the ontology URIs (stored in the subject_source_id and _object_source_id fields ) to the OntoPortal IDs. (solution Feature: extract ontology URI automatically in submissions process ncbo/ontologies_linked_data#153 + using the classes indexed/solr)
Add and update the bulk_load_mapping method to upstream (based on the one done by Vincent) (done: Feature: add a bulk loader for rest mapping / SSSOM integration ncbo/ontologies_linked_data#154)
Merge the SSSOM loader pull request to our code by adding the Internal, External, and Interportal mappings #39
