In this meeting, Greg and Richard discussed their plans for a new project focused on building an implementation engine for language models (LLMs). They decided to move the project to the Open Build repository and create a cooperative board to manage it. They also discussed potential integrations, the need for a code name, and the next steps for recruiting contributors and setting up communication channels.

Greg

  • Modify the readme file in the open build repo
  • Put together a set of community guidelines
  • Move private things out of the open build repo
  • Limit access to the previous group in open build
  • Document the initial architectural design in the readme file
  • Recruit developers to help with the project
  • Manage everything through GitHub tickets and pull requests
  • Protect the master branch in the repository
  • Migrate the ETL to the new project
  • Set up a monthly catch-up call with Richard

Richard

  • Start getting the group together once value statements are ready
