Add Support for Other Git Repos

Bitbucket and Gitlab are the main targets, but are there any others we should support?

Notes:
Bitbucket does not support the concept of an organization or software license
Gitlab supports licenses, but not through their api

I say we act reactively. Let's add those two and then stop, and if anyone ever submits a repo URL that isn't one of the three that we support, we can decide at that point in time if we want to add a fourth.
