Communication good practices

We can create a warm and inclusive environment by speaking kindly, valuing the experiences and opinions of others, offering helpful feedback, remaining focused on the goal, showing understanding and compassion, communicating clearly and concisely, promoting open communication and collaboration, and acknowledging the achievements of our team members.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Statement

At Open Genes, we are committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all, valuing and respecting diversity of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, physical ability, and religious belief. We strive for equity in our policies and practices, providing access to the same resources and opportunities for everyone. We are dedicated to continuous learning and reflection to ensure our policies, procedures, and practices support diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Statement towards Russian aggression

We do not collaborate with any contributors who are supporting Russian government and occupation of Ukraine’s territories in any way. We take this stance as we believe in the sovereignty of Ukraine and its right to self-determination. We stand against Putin's tyranny, the war, and the killing of innocent Ukrainians. We strongly condemn his actions and demand that he immediately end his aggression and withdraw his forces from Ukraine.
