Fix the http://openhpi.sourceforge.net website

Sourceforge used to have a website at
http://openhpi.sourceforge.net
Sometime during 2006 an external website http://www.openhpi.org was created and the traffic was redirected from the above website to the new website. As maintaining an external website and scaling it is difficult we have moved back to http://openhpi.sourceforge.net.

Also sourceforge moved to allura platform in 2013. The system wide bug/feature-request numbers are transferred to project wide bug/feature-request numbers. So the numbers started from 0 and there are no gaps (instead of 7 digit numbers with lots of gaps). This also simplified web browsing.

But the new website is broken. This bug is to capture all the things that are broken and fix the things one by one.
