/etc/init.d/openhpid script is removing the openhpid.pid file before daemon gets killed #1864

/etc/init.d/openpid script is removing the openhpid.pid file even though daemon is still alive.
in
this is linked with below Ubuntu issue https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lsb/+bug/1398622
