Problems with the openhpi.org domain #2751
Comments
Hello Michael,
The system is up now. But it has issues. I am going to work on it. It may go down later though. It has not been used in a long time.
Regards
Mohan

Subject: [open-hpi/openhpi] Problems with the openhpi.org domain (Issue #2751)
Hello. There are some issues with accessing the openhpi.org domain because it is unable to become accessed and it's timing out.
If anybody got contact to the openhpi staff then could they become notified about it?

Would it be possible that the documentation would also become expanded thru adding the "Reference" with would contain all configuration options with info of possible values and what any of the option and value does? |
Hi Michal,
We do not have bandwidth to add that information to the web page. The machine hosting the webpage is running wheezy and the webserver is moinmoin wiki. Both of these are outdated. So these may be taken down again. We need to move the web pages to github to avoid the problem. Sorry.
Regards
Mohan

@mohandev2 Any idea about it could occur? The project is quite interesting, but the current documentation is incomplete and wroten in a way like it was dedicated for developers instead of administrators |
Michal,
Right now, nobody, including me, have the time to contribute to the project. So I am not seeing it happening anytime soon. You are welcome to add to the documentation though. Github also provides wiki pages. Openhpi documentation could be moved from openhpi.org to github wiki pages.
Regards
Mohan
