I think we have an issue regarding the storage cost in all scenarios. As I see it the input data only provides:
E2P-Ratio
€/MWh
This way we cannot model storages properly, because we need the price split into €/MWh and €/MW. Otherwise this makes no sense, because then large storages become really expensive with our €/MWh value. In reality they are not, because the actual storage unit in MWh is cheap and only the chargers/dischargers are expensive, so that it can build a large cheap storage with small chargers/dischargers.
I hope this makes sense. Or am I not seeing something here?
