Feature: Add embed button to dev card page to copy/paste markdown

On the dev card page, we have share buttons for X and LinkedIn. This would add an "embed" button you could click to copy/paste some markdown to put into your GitHub profile.

Discussed with @nickytonline and he mentioned that there may be issues with the image being refreshed if embedded with GitHub markdown. We're adding the copy/paste button to the DevCard, but may be a larger effort to have an image that refreshes periodically.
