Chore: allow hidden files for artifacts actions

This is a quick follow up to #4093. Hidden files are not included in build artifacts by default now as a security measure, but the build output for the Next.js build goes into a hidden folder .next.

We need to allow for hidden files. See actions/upload-artifact#602
