We currently support parameter sets for FMUs with SSP configurations, using ssv files.
Should we enable parameter sets also for OspSystemStructure configurations?

Sharing FMUs with multiple parameter sets as external files (ssv) enables users to share parameter sets with the FMU. The different parameter sets can then be referenced in OspSystemStructure instead of altering the initial values elements.
