I have multiple prometheus storage backends, and this is determined by the business system, when a new business system is hosted on our system, I will add a prometheus storage for it, so that different application system data can be stored in different storage backends;

Now I have configured the system id in the agent to distinguish the system id to which the link data belongs, and the system id has a mapping relationship with the prometheus address, so I can provide them through the interface. The problem is how to export the link indicator data of the system to the specified prometheus, and is there a plug-in that can realize this process
