Option to export outliers data samples in the trace analyzer command line #60

For analysis purposes, it might be interesting to export outlier samples from a stream of traces. Examples of outliers include:

Uncommon attribute keys
Uncommon attribute values
Uncommon event names
Unusually long attribute string values.

Sampling values above the P99 threshold could a straightforward method to identify these outliers.
