• global: I think that there is some overlapping between SCMP and ChangeProblemManagement Process (CPMP). And They are not full consistent one with the other one.
• global: It would be good to transfer all information related fo Change Management from SCMP to CPMP and to reference the CPMP in the SCMP

• To avoid duplicate or contradictory content, the "Configuration Control" chapter of SCMP version 0.0.1 (https://github.com/openETCS/governance/tree/master/SCMP) now only refers to the separate document "Change/Problem Management Process" (https://github.com/openETCS/governance/tree/master/Change-Problem%20Process).
• We will check if any of the (rather general) information from SCMP 0.0.0 should be included in the CPMP.
