Based on the Matching of Lifecycle Documents to Deliverables linked to #46
the need of an assessment of the following document was identified:

Life-Cycle Documentation Involved openETCS deliverable
Planning 1. Software Quality Assurance Plan QA-Plan inside governance repository

It was identified that major process description resides inside the requirement repository

relates to #44
relates to the results of the 1st internal assessment linked to the QA-Plan
