Based on the Matching of Lifecycle Documents to Deliverables linked to #46
the need of an assessment of the following document was identified:

Life-Cycle Documentation Involved openETCS deliverable
Planning 5. Software Validation Plan SW Validation Plan inside the validation repository

All plan of the planning phase need to be closed for assessment until the 30th of September 2015.

@HardiHungar will there be a new version?
