Respect Low Data Mode

A low data option will be introduced in iOS. The user can activate this for specific wifi networks or cellular connections.

Describe the solution you'd like
Apple lists the following application adoptions:

• Reduce image quality
• Reduce pre-fetching
• Synchronize less often
• Mark tasks discretionary
• Disable auto-play
  Do not block user-initiated work

We should figure out to which parts of the app this can be applied.
