FakeBookingSystem switches between Opportunity types instead of using inheritance

In several places in FakeBookingSystem, case switching based on opportunity type (for example OccurrenceId.SlotId.HasValue? do blah.... is used. This makes it very difficult to extend this to more opportunity types other than classes and slots, for example IndividualFacilityUse.
