New Rule: "When publishing a Schedule, a data publisher must provide one of byDay, byMonth, byMonthDay. For more" (openactive/modelling-opportunity-data#163)

Ignore this, erroneous rule, the action is to remove this as per the spreadsheet

This rule still exists, and needs to be removed

This rule appears to have been removed, and has been replaced by the much more appropriate #361
