chore(deps): bump node-forge and rdflib

Removes [node-forge](https://github.com/digitalbazaar/forge). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [rdflib](https://github.com/linkeddata/rdflib.js). These dependencies need to be updated together.

Updates `rdflib` from 1.1.0 to 1.3.4
