I have access to administer the app on Heroku, but I'm starting afraid I can't maintain AnnotateIt. Password resets and the contact form have been broken for weeks since the Mandrill shutdown. It's using an old version of Elasticsearch, which for all I know may even be responsible for other reported issues about search.
I'm not really sure who to contact / how to contact anyone at Open Knowledge for their thoughts. @nickstenning, should we make any attempt to poke anyone there about this? I'm sort of at a loss for what to do.
