As detailed in https://www.planningalerts.org.au/authorities/cessnock "0 new applications scraped since 8 Sep 2024"

Discovered issue whilst working on planningalerts-scrapers/issues#959 - the problem was 7 new determinations

Part Fixed cessnock - Added 7 new determinations for as UNKNOWN and flagged TODO review in https://github.com/ianheggie-oaf/multiple_masterview/commit/74f5c6b48a98acb08e353f7e57a3e82d62aceb67

@mlandauer - there was no issue automatically added though the status page indicates no new applications found, and my testing found an error. You may wish to add appropriate labels as I am unable to.

I am currently testing in https://morph.io/ianheggie-oaf/multiple_masterview
